Feeding his interest in magic since 1998, Scott specialises in close-up magic.
Named one of the UK’s top sleight of hand magicians, he has performed all over the world from Las Vegas to Austria.
Scott has performed for a variety of celebrities, including HRH Prince Charles, Kevin Spacey, Scott Mills, Jeremy Irons, Sol Campbell and has spent time with some of the world’s most successful magicians including David Blaine and Dynamo.
Since launching SP Magic, some of the noteworthy venues Scott has been seen performing at are The Savoy, Clarence House, Bloomberg HQ, the Bluebird restaurant, the O2 Arena, Athena, Nottingham Conference Centre, Donington Park and the Playfair Library.
At an event where guests are stood freely, Scott will mingle amongst them, performing close-up miracles for the guests who would like to be entertained.
Strolling magic is perfect for most occasions, from intimate parties with a small number of guests to large events with hundreds of people. Scott has an extensive skill set, creating and performing a wide range of tricks, including his own, which regularly leave audiences speechless.
Table Magic offers a different range of unique tricks by Scott and is most commonly used at dinners, fundraisers and award ceremonies.
At a function where guests are seated at tables Scott will move between them, entertaining each one individually between courses of food or until the presentation or talk begins. As well as leaving tables with something exciting to talk about this also helps maintain the flow of the event and remove pressure from the host.
Scott uses over 10 years of knowledge and experience to offer creative solutions for unique and themed occasions that require something extra special. Scott has created custom magic for a music video, national marketing campaigns, product launches, the 2012 Olympics and also a unique marriage proposal.
Scott also provides a creative consultancy service, applying magic and cardistry to various creative outlets such as adverts and product launches.
Everything is bespoke for it’s occasion. The possibilities are endless.
For this service you should contact Scott as far in advance as possible.
Scott writes and performs his own unique presentations, which constantly develop and change to keep them current. “Doing the Impossible” is an example of a presentation targeted at businesses which challenges the mind; encourages the audience to look at business differently and to open up new opportunities.
Other presentations have included the application of magic in marketing and the integration of magic in alternative learning.
Current and bespoke presentations are always available, please contact Scott for more information.
As well as my work at private functions I maintain the flow of creative juices by applying them to various innovative projects and soon is the Scott Perry X Pixels Pencil collaboration.
Just like millions of other people I have an interest in art, from performance art to art utilising paint such as Curtis Kulig’s “Love Me” piece, sculptures and architecture to the more shocking, enter Rick “Zombie Boy” Genest. In the last two years I’ve been fortunate enough to have performed my magic at wonderfully arty venues, such as the Fine Art Society and The Savoy in the heart of London as well as meeting some critically acclaimed artists. With such love for art it was only a matter of time before I put up my easel, arranged a vibrant selection of colours on my palette and started throwing paint like the Blue Man Group, metaphorically speaking that is.
I’ve followed Rob Young’s (of Pixels Pencil) work for a few years now and he’s produced some eyegasmic illustrations, some of which have been part of exhibitions around the world, not to mention having a piece selected for auction in honour of Amy Winehouse. Me and Rob have talked about a collaboration for a while and with his latest “sketch in a bottle” off it’s feet we thought this would be a great platform to concoct something slightly magical.
I won’t reveal what exactly it is that we’re doing just yet but it’s something that I am very much looking forward to getting my teeth stuck in to. Rob has fulfilled his part and now it’s time for me to get to work. I really hope you will join us on Instagram and YouTube to see how the Scott Perry X Pixels Pencil collaboration turns out.
